-Know the physical regions of the Indian subcontinent
-Know the two major cities of the Indus River Valley Civilization
Know the definition of:
-Monsoon
-Brahmin
-Monism
-Citadel
-Sanskirt
-Vedas
-Dharma
-Karma
Also:
-Know the 4 Noble Truths of Buddhism
-Be able to explain what made the cities of the Indus River Valley civilization decades ahead in terms of organization and infrastructure--be able to give specific examples of these.
-Know who Siddhartha Guatama was, and why he was important.
-Explain the role of Dharma and Karma in Hinduism. Be able to include the role reincarnation works in the religion.
-Know the Caste System of ancient India.
